(be aware: the fish charms in the picture are only for example purposes, the charms can be purchased separately / please check our 'Charms (add-on) section in the menu)

3. Add the order to your basket and proceed to checkout. Wait (im)patiently.

Be aware —during busy periods, certain charms may sell out before we can update our listings. Having a backup option ready is always helpful. If anything is unavailable, we’ll let you know as soon as possible & come with an alternative.

The hoops are made out of stainless steel, tarnish free (minimal exposure to water and especially minimal direct contact with perfume / lotions to help maintain the shine)

Our charms come in various materials and finishes, so there may be slight differences in silver and gold tones. We strive to highlight these in our photos, but subtle variations can occur. These distinctions give your piece a unique, layered look, especially when mixing golds with enamel, glass, shell, resin, ceramic or other colourful accents.

Water resistant - we recommend minimal exposure to water/ perfume / lotions, to help maintain the shine.
To keep your jewellery in good condition, please follow the instructions you'll receive in the package.

The jewellery is coming by default in a cute jewellery pouch (white or blue) & a protective box.

Processing time: Each piece is custom-made, with a turnaround time of 1-4 business days.

We’ll send you a sneak peek of your necklace before it ships (make sure you use an active email) because perfection takes teamwork. Please keep an eye on your messages and reply within 24 hours if changes are needed. Once your order has been delivered, further modifications cannot be made, unless you send it back for adjustments (delivery £1.55x2)

Domestic (UK): 2-5 business days
International: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.
Note: The “ship by” date on your invoice shows when your order leaves our shop; the final delivery date depends on the delivery carrier.
