Welcome to [Na+Cl-] Salted Skin. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Products

All jewellery sold by [Na+Cl-] Salted Skin is handmade, or custom-made. Every piece is prepared with care, but slight variations in colour, size, shape, or texture may occur.

Natural stones, pearls, and crystals are unique by nature, and therefore may vary slightly in:

Colour
Pattern
Size
Surface texture

These natural variations do not constitute a defect and are part of the charm and beauty of our products.

Images on the website are for illustrative purposes. Your product may vary slightly due to natural materials and handcrafted processes.

2. Ordering

When placing an order with [Na+Cl-] Salted Skin, you confirm that:

All details, selections, and customisations (charms, chain lengths, colours, personalisation) are correct and final.
You provide a valid, active email address to receive confirmation and, for custom items, photos of your finished piece before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made, except for exchanges for faulty items or if you are willing to cover exchange and shipping costs.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy, which includes:

UK orders: Royal Mail 2nd Class with tracking (default), with Tracked 24 and Express options available.
International orders: Standard (7–14 business days, limited tracking) or fully tracked shipping options.
Customers are responsible for customs, import duties, and taxes.
Delivery times are estimated. Delays due to postal services, customs, weather, or busy periods are outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Key points:

Returns are accepted for pre-made items only, within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty, and can't be replaced / exchanged by us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the mistake was made by us.

6. Limitation of Liability

[Na+Cl-] Salted Skin is not responsible for any damage or loss caused after delivery, including but not limited to:

Misuse of jewellery
Accidental damage
Exposure to chemicals, water, or extreme conditions

We take care in packing and dispatching all orders, but liability ends once the item has left our premises unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content, and text on our website are the intellectual property of [Na+Cl-] Salted Skin.
You may not copy, reproduce, or sell any of our designs or images without explicit permission.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that you have:

Checked your charm selections, chain style, and length carefully before purchasing.
Read and agreed to our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policies.
Understood that errors made by the customer may result in shipping or exchange costs being their responsibility.
