Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing [Na+Cl-] Salted Skin Jewellery. Every order is carefully prepared and packed by hand — we take care of everything while you sit (im)patiently refreshing the tracking page.

We deliver UK orders using Royal Mail. (unless you require another delivery service)

Standard Shipping (Default)

Orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class with tracking.

Faster Shipping Options Customers can also choose faster delivery at checkout:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24

 • Express Shipping

For international orders we offer two shipping options.

Standard International Shipping Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.

This time frame allows for possible customs processing or delays. This option does not include full tracking. Instead, it includes a reference number which may show limited updates such as:

• When the parcel leaves the UK

• When it arrives in the destination country

• When it has been delivered Tracking updates may be minimal compared to fully tracked services.

A fully tracked international shipping option is also available at checkout for customers who prefer more detailed tracking updates.

For now, until our business grows, International customers may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not controlled by [Na+Cl-] Salted Skin.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the postal carrier. While we always do our best to help, delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or busy periods are outside of our control.

If you believe your parcel may be lost or significantly delayed (more than 14 days after the dispatching date), please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
